How to send via My Favorites?

Here are the steps on how to send via My Favorites.

Step 1:

Launch your TOP.PH app.

Step 2:

From the homepage, you will see "My Favorites" and select the account you prefer.

Note: All the account you tap as Favorite will automatically be in "My Favorites"

Step 3:

Fill in the amount, then tap "Proceed."

Step 4:

The "Confirm Details" page will allow you to double-check the filled-in details. If there are incorrect details, tap the arrow back button on the top left of the screen to edit the wrong information. Once confirmed, tap "Top."

Note: Please make sure that all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction. Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.

Step 5:

The "Transaction Complete!" screen will appear. To download the receipt, tap "Download" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 6

You will receive a confirmation SMS regarding your sent cash and its details, including the transaction reference number.
